When I was initially approached to try the Metatron Colour Healing therapy I was a bit hesitant as I had never tried anything holistic before. But the first session was so wonderful and helpful, it made me a true believer and made a real positive impact in my life. I am not sure how I would manage to cope without it and without Gerry’s support and kindness. Thank you for everything!

Gerry took me through an Inner Child Colour Healing as I wanted to know why my relationships are often unsuccessful and why I always feel vulnerable. I always felt I wasn’t loved by my mother but I discovered that I was truly loved by her and that it was another close member of the family who belittled me and took away my confidence. It was a massive release of negative emotions.

After an initial chat Gerry checked my chakra energy centres with a pendulum. It was fascinating to see how what we were talking about matched up with the imbalance in some of the centres. Gerry then took me through a cleansing and balancing with different colour silks and Amanda Ellis sprays concentrating on the lower centres to boost my self confidence and feelings of security. She recommended that I wear orange to give me a lift and a sense of joy in life as I have been having a very difficult time which has made me feel that life is such a struggle.

When Gerry took me through a visualisation, it was like being under a shower of colour, similar to water but of light and colour. The main colour that came through strongly from the start was purple and Gerry explained how that is the colour for transformation and change and a very spiritual colour especially as it poured down through the top of my head, the crown chakra centre. This colour stayed with me throughout the visualisation swishing over all the areas that Gerry was helping me to work with. Yes, I really long for change to happen in my life so I left the session feeling a sense of confidence that I can break free.

I know that I’ m quite a sensitive person but I was amazed at the bright colours that came flooding through me and over me when Gerry took me through a colour healing session. First of all I saw a white light, it was so very bight and a brilliant white So bright it was difficult to look at and it was edged in a gold shimmer.. When the visualisation focused on a tree it’s roots were so dominant and powerful, spreading out over a wide distance and the tree itself was floating above the ground with me sitting inside it. So many soft pastel colours all sparkling. I visualised Archangel Michael enormously tall and very handsome, not a solid figure and his floating cloak came over me as protection. In my heart centre I saw a double pointed diamond shape, it was very elongated as it reached upwards to the higher centres and down to all the lower centres. As I visualised a merkaba spiralling down over me at the end of the visualisation it was setting offsets of sparkles of pastel colours like snowflakes and it felt very purifying. At the end of the session Gerry closed using a figure of 8 movement and Amanda Ellis’s Christ Light spray.

I would like to say that sessions with Gerryare the best. Her advice is very helpful. Visualisations and colour meditations are very relaxing. Her calming voice can take you to different places and bring peace to your mind.Recommending Gerry with all my heart
